Downtown Durham’s Newest Neighborhood Enters Early Construction Phase

As the dog days of summer near an end, things are heating up across the street from the Downtown Durham Dog Park.

Five (5) homes are already under contract at Elliott Square, with more buyers showing interest by the day. In addition, construction crews are actively working at the neighborhood, prepping the site for construction of our first homes. We expect residents to begin moving in during the middle of next year.

About the Project

Elliott Square will feature 37 modern townhomes starting in the $490s. The neighborhood is located between Elliott Street, N. Roxboro Street, Mallard Street, and N. Queen Street, just across from the Downtown Durham Dog Park. Adjacent to Cleveland-Holloway, Elliott Square residents will enjoy the diversity of living in a neighborhood setting, with unbeatable Downtown Durham connectivity.

Each townhome offers a unique floorplan, ranging from a 1,590 square-foot, two-bedroom option, to an 1,870 square-foot, three-bedroom model.
